
Haskap is an ancient Japanese name, for the fruit meaning ‘berry of long life and good vision’. Haskap berries have as much as three times the amount of antioxidants as blueberry, making them a nutrient-packed superfood. Haskap berries are also high in potassium, and have one of the highest levels of anthocyanin of all fruit.
